How do I place a custom order?

How far in advance should I ask about a custom order?

The sooner, the better! I recommend reaching out at least a week ahead for custom orders. Around holidays and cookie-drop weekends, my calendar fills up quickly—so it’s never too early to get in touch.

How long do your cookies stay soft?

My cookies stay soft and chewy for about 4–5 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. They also freeze beautifully—just pop them into a freezer-safe bag or container, and they’ll keep for up to 3 months.

Can I freeze your cookies?

Absolutely! To enjoy later, thaw your cookies at room temperature for at least an hour. They’ll taste just as fresh as the day they were baked.

Do you offer party packs or bulk orders?

Yes! I have party packs available for birthdays, holidays, and get-togethers. You can also place bulk orders for events—just email me at louisa@peakandcrumb.com with the details, and I’ll help you plan the perfect cookie lineup.

What's your favorite cookie flavor?

It changes all the time! Right now, I’m loving the Cadbury Mini Egg cookie. But honestly, they’re all hard to resist.
